Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@namakool.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund and Cancellation

  1. 1.      You can raise cancellation request for items
    or orders within span of 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing
    us an email with your provided Order ID and the reason for cancellation. The
    cancellation request must be raised from the Order ID used while ordering on
    our site. Send us the email on contact@namakool.com if any queries arise.
  2. 2.      Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product
    then he or she can raise the return request according to our policy.
  3. 3.      If you have received any damaged or faulty
    product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be
    refunded in your NAMAKOOL WALLET  within
    7 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for
    approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to
    you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with your request for
    replacement. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and
    QC verified.
  4. 4.     
    Customization:
    * In case of any
    size issues in the custom t-shirts there will be no replacement or refund under
    any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end
    then the customer can proceed the return request.
    *The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the
    order.
    *The colour of the custom t-shirt and custom mobile cover may slightly
    vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
  5. 5.      For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount
    will be settled into Namakool Wallet of customer.
  6. 6.      As we do not have a reverse pickup facility
    yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items
    with precaution to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of
    any defective product the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if
    the wrong order placed by customer, then he/she have to bare the shipping cost.
